2. Service Description
ResponderLite is a missed-call follow-up messaging service used by participating businesses. When a customer places a call to a participating business and does not reach a live representative, an automated text message may be sent related directly to that missed call.
Messages are conversational and customer-service in nature. No promotional or marketing messages are sent through ResponderLite.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on customer interaction and missed-call activity. A single missed call may result in one or more related conversational follow-up messages.
4. Fees
Message and data rates may apply depending on the end user's mobile carrier plan. Utuscribe is not responsible for carrier-imposed fees.
5. Opt-Out and Help
End users may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP.

6. Acceptable Use
Our services may not be used for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, or promotional messaging unrelated to legitimate customer-service communication.
7. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an "as is" basis. Utuscribe is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery failures, or interruptions caused by third-party telecommunications networks.
8. Changes to Terms
Utuscribe may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
