through Responder AI. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
Responder AI is a customer communication service provided by Utuscribe, LLC on behalf
of participating businesses.
Depending on the workflow, customers may receive assistance through voice, intake, and
SMS follow-up related to inquiries, appointments, service requests, support, account
activity, or callback coordination.
Service-related messages are conversational and customer-care in nature. Promotional or
recurring marketing messages are sent only where a user has separately consented.
3. Consent to Receive Messages
Responder AI supports website form opt-in through a separate SMS checkbox that is not
preselected. Users may also provide verbal opt-in during a live call or intake
conversation for service-related follow-up.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
4. SMS Terms
By opting in to receive text messages from Responder AI, you consent to receive
recurring automated and non-automated text messages related to customer care,
appointment scheduling, service follow-up, and, where separately consented to,
promotional communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Message frequency varies depending on customer interaction and the workflows a customer
has requested.
6. Fees
Message and data rates may apply depending on the end user's mobile carrier plan.
Utuscribe is not responsible for carrier-imposed fees.
7. Opt-Out and Help
End users may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP.
For assistance, reply HELP.
8. Acceptable Use
Our services may not be used for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, or promotional
messaging unrelated to legitimate customer-service communication.
9. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an "as is" basis. Utuscribe is not responsible for carrier
delays, delivery failures, or interruptions caused by third-party telecommunications
networks.
10. Changes to Terms
Utuscribe may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updates will be posted
on this page with a revised effective date.
