Mobile opt-in data will not be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties or
affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
How SMS consent is collected
Responder AI supports written opt-in through website forms using a separate, unchecked
SMS consent box. We may also document verbal opt-in during a live phone call or intake
conversation when a customer requests service-related text follow-up.
When verbal opt-in is collected, Responder AI records the consent method, timestamp,
phone number, and staff member or workflow that captured consent. Promotional or
recurring marketing messages are sent only after written consent through a website form.
Message frequency, opt-out, and help
Message frequency varies based on the customer's interaction with the participating business.
Message and data rates may apply depending on the user's carrier plan.
End users may opt out at any time by replying STOP. End users may request assistance by replying HELP.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for marketing
