- To coordinate follow-up and scheduling between callers and participating businesses.
- To operate, troubleshoot, and improve service reliability and security.
ResponderLite specific notice
ResponderLite is a missed-call follow-up service. When an individual places a phone call to a
participating business and does not reach a live representative, an automated text message may be sent
related directly to that call to collect basic service details and coordinate a callback.
ResponderLite messages are customer-care and conversational in nature. No marketing or promotional messages
are sent through ResponderLite.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for marketing
or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers used to deliver the service
(for example, telecommunications providers), solely to operate the service.
Opt-out and help
You may reply STOP to unsubscribe from messages. You may reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates
may apply depending on your carrier plan.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
